Meet once a month to discuss current events, ideas, and issues within the community
Provide an annual scholarship for Pawnee City High School seniors
Annually award the Carolyn VanHorne Civic Award
Maintain the Pawnee City website (pawneecity.com) and downtown lamppost planters
Sponsor location organizations and events, such as the Pawnee County Fair, Fairview Golf Club, the Jiggle Butt Run in support of the Pawnee County Medical Foundation, Pawnee City Ball Association, annual swim nights at the city pool, and Trick or Treat Around the Square
Organize annual Christmas Festival, Easter Egg Hunt, and Fireworks Display

Arranged for new homes to be built for lower-income families in support of the Pawnee BOLD initiative
Erected permanent "Welcome" signs on the North and East edges of town and billboards to promote local business
Contributed to Pawnee City Schools fitness center and the new Pawnee City Fire Hall
Supported local trap shooting facility
Contributed to Veterans Memorial
Supported Assisted Living Center
